Making your ride to work smooth and easy is the responsibility of the Village of Lewisburg Service Department. The Service Department provides for the care and maintenance of public streets, alleys, sidewalks and curbs, and other Village Rights of Way.

Some of their specific duties include repair and resurfacing of public streets, construction of sidewalks and curbs, snow and ice removal, street sweeping, and storm sewer drain maintenance. The Village currently maintains more than 16 miles of road- and alleyway within the corporation limits and more than 16 miles of sidewalk and curb.
